2 California deputies injured on the job in Merced County

Two Merced County law enforcement officers were injured on the job recently. A California man is facing felony charges after allegedly assaulting the two officers who were injured on the job. The incident occurred as the two officers were responding to an emergency situation reported by the defendant's family. 

Company cited after workers fatally injured while working

A California construction company has been cited by Cal/OSHA after two workers were fatally injured while working. The two men fell approximately 80 feet to their deaths off of a platform hoisted by a crane. The company is said to be guilty of "serious violations," which may have led to the tragic incident.
