Worker dies from fatal work injury after falling from a truck

A California worker has died after falling out of a truck while working in San Jose. The fatal work injury was sustained during a fall from a boom truck as he was working retrofitting lights along the street. The cause of death is not immediately known, but an autopsy will be performed by a Santa Clara County medical examiner.

The rights of construction workers injured on the job

Machine shop employee injured while working

A worker was recently taken to the hospital after suffering a serious injury while working on Mare Island. California authorities are investigating the accident after being notified of the incident. The man who was injured while working was taken to a local trauma center for medical treatment, but the state of his condition is not immediately known. 

Man injured while working on San Francisco museum

A construction worker was recently hurt after he fell down an elevator shaft. He was injured while working on the expansion of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art after the scaffolding collapsed underneath him. The man sustained serious injuries, including broken legs and a broken pelvis.
